PROJECT Return Policy 

The pieces sourced for PROJECT are the creations of aspiring and established artists alike and are available for a short duration at PROJECT. With that said, all sales are final. In the event your purchase arrived damaged due to mishandling during the shipping process, please contact us at hello@shopprojectphx.com

PROJECT Shipping Policy 

Packing and shipping for orders domestic and international are fulfilled in house by PROJECT. Options of shipping providers and rates will be provided according to package size, weight, and final destination. 
Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payments of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
Free Pick Up is an option available at the time of checkout. Pick-up orders,  assuming product availability are fulfilled at temporary pop-up locations and at the downtown Phoenix office. If selected, orders can be picked up anytime during pop-up hours or at the office by appointment. Local by hand delivery and same day delivery is possible by emailing Project at  hello@shopprojectphx.com
